Why are Leo Men so Moody? As it says on our ‘How to Attract a Leo Man’ page, ‘nobody sulks like a Leo’. So, are Leo men moody? I’d be willing to bet my house on it. There are two things that make the Leo man’s mood swings just that little more intense and, let’s face it, unbearable than similar behaviour in other male star signs.
- Leo men are intensely emotional. They feel things deeply. Consequently, the outward expression of those feelings can be just as intense, even a little intimidating. So, whilst they may be no more prone to mood swings than others, their moodiness is often of a more dramatic variety than you might typically encounter.
- Because the Leo man likes to be the centre of attention, constantly seizing the spotlight and shouting, “Me! Me! Me!” his mood swings are virtually impossible to ignore. Hence, he appears more frequently moody simply because he is incapable of keeping his emotions off everybody else’s radar.
The key to avoiding these intense Leo mood swings is simply to avoid triggering them in the first place, if at all possible.
Things that might push the Leo man over the edge include:
- Any display of disloyalty. What constitutes disloyalty may vary from Leo man to Leo man. Simply siding with someone else over a minor dispute may appear disloyal to a Leo man, or something as silly as laughing more robustly at somebody else’s joke. Tread carefully; just try not to drive yourself insane in the process.
- Any failure to fully return affection. This is the ultimate slap in the face to the Leo man, particularly if it is in a public place. When the Leo man allows you to bask in the glow of his love, he expects to feel an equal, if not greater, proportion of that glow reflected right back at him.
So, is the Leo man moody? Yes. But that moodiness can be managed. Or, depending on your own star sign, completely ignored, which is certainly the simpler solution!
